Clarity Exercise
1: Listening To Your Inner Voice
This is a great little exercise for gaining clarity about tough
or confusing situations.

Step 1: Sit still in a quiet place, close
your eyes, and breathe deeply for several minutes. |

Step 2: Depending on your belief system,
call forth the presence of light/love/spirit by reciting a
simple prayer you like, or a positive affirmation (“I
am light. I am love. I am goodness. I am still. I am ready
to receive information.”) |

Step 3: Ask the many voices in your head
to be silent so you can hear the voice of spirit. |

Step 4: Ask one simple question. |
| • |
Step 5: Keep your head and heart open and
clear, and listen for the answer. Don’t censor or object.
Just write it down quickly before it fades. |

Step 6: Breathe deeply for several without
interruption. Then review the answer you just wrote down. |
