Tip 2: Take A Shower
The old Broadway show tune “I’m Gonna Wash That Man
Right Out Of My Hair” has more validity than you might think.
When
you are really amped from a busy day, or an emotional encounter
with someone – and
you want to shed those energies – a simple, easy to way to slough off
negative energy is to take a shower. (Not a bath. A shower!)
Why? When you
are amped, you are literally buzzing with energy. The flow of water from
a shower can smooth out the energy fields surrounding your
body,
and then wash the “buzz” down the drain and away.
So, if you’ve
had a hard day and you want to calm down, “smooth” your
energy by taking a shower.
