Tip 2: Forgiveness
Despite some teachings to the contrary, guilt without behavior change
serves no one. But forgiveness often is where we must start, before
we can change our ways. Here is a forgiveness technique that may help
you let go of old hurts, and move forward in your life.
Self-forgiveness
Affirmation: “I forgive myself for my mistakes. I am
human. I deserve and intend to live with light and joy.”
Say this in groups of three, 12 times a day, for as long as it takes
to release the guilt.
THEN, make bold, positive changes in your life.
